Nico Heller

Nico is the founder and CEO of the Democracy School and is an experienced strategist, moderator and coach. He is also a theatre director, a producer (mainly of his own work) and an artist. Since establishing the Democracy School in 2003, Nico has worked closely with politicians and policy makers at the intersection of public and political management on democracy promoting initiatives,specialising in political consultancy, leadership development and executive coaching. As a director and artist, he is particularly interested in collaborative practices that cut across disciplinary boundaries. His artistic output includes live art performances and theatre productions, as well as site-specific and gallery installations. A list of completed projects is available on request.
